It is my hope that all that visit my site will also take the time to dig deeper into the ancient science and art of massage therapy and bodyworks that I have found to be highly effective at jump starting the body. Of course I can't give you all that I know within a few pages, yet I can answer questions you might have, in my "Table Talk," forum...
I would also like to state that I got into massage therapy back in the early 80's due to my own physical, mental and emotional health a needing a makeover.
I believe what you will discover, is perhaps a new you emerging from the dust and rubble of yesterday.
It is also my hope that you will further check out the nutritional items that I have discovered that have helped myself and others stay in balance in a world; just dying to stay unbalanced.
We are as you all know, been given the right to choose which direction we decided to travel on this journey called life.
The purpose of this web was to show to all my clients/friends and family members, the path that I took to get myself to the here and now.
I once was a victim, yet now I can see, walk and talk and I understand totally why it all happened.
